Together with access to Master Teacher package, you will receive additional resources to guide you in promoting your business, how to set up your own teacher training centre, and how to facilitate our training materials to your trainees.
NO PREVIOUS QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
The person delivering the training (whether it's you or your Facilitators) does not need any previous certification or qualifications in education. We do not require any special training before you start working with our materials. As part of your membership you will receive a short but practical introduction on how to run and facilitate training sessions effectively. All we need from you is passion and enthusiasm to make a difference!
TRAIN AS MANY TEACHERS AS YOU CAN
You can train as many teachers as you wish with our Single User License. One license is for one facilitator only, but one facilitator can run as many groups as they wish. For quality purposes we strongly recommend that one training group does not exceed 20 trainees.

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION

What is your role as a Master Teacher Facilitator?
There are various tasks to consider when you run your own teacher training centre. It can be a one-person venture or a team effort - our membership will work in both scenarios.
Whether it’s you who deals with local marketing, trainee signups and the actual facilitation and delivery of the training content, or whether you have a dedicated team that does all this for you,
our Membership Program will take care of the curriculum, the training content, evaluation and monitoring, and certification for you.
The MASTER TEACHER training is a real live event, so you will need to:
- organise a group of trainee teachers,
- find a suitable place to run your training sessions,
- have access to the Internet and a laptop or a projector,
- show our video-based training content to your trainees,
- facilitate discussions, distribute worksheets, and manage the group in a professional manner,
- monitor process and evaluate your trainees' commitment and results (with our assistance),
- and finally distribute certificates of completion to your trainees.
When you sign up for the MASTER TEACHER Membership, you will receive a Single User Licence for One Facilitator only. This license will allow the subscribed Facilitator to run as many training groups as they wish. For quality purposes, however, we recommend each training group not to be bigger than 15-20 participants.
If you have more than one Facilitator in your training centre, then each of them will need to have their own MASTER TEACHER Membership.

NO PREVIOUS QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Because no previous qualifications are required in order to participate in our Capacity Building program, motivated individuals can become educators with a powerful skillset in hand so that they can make a real change for their local communities.
Our training leaves teachers tool-independent - this means that they can create high-quality educational resources on their own and reuse them flexibly in many creative ways to support hands-on and cross-curricular learning.
Success Story - Uganda
We introduced our MASTER TEACHER Capacity Building program in Africa, and it was an amazing success. Local teachers achieved spectacular results within a very short period of time.
In February 2020 group of committed early childhood and primary teachers from Rural Teachers Association in Uganda participated in MASTER TEACHER Transformational Capacity Building Program with Natural Born Leaders. All training sessions were facilitated and coordinated locally by the president of the association.
Right after the first training day the teachers in rural Uganda started to adopt our materials, create their own resources, and transform their settings to deliver Quality Education! They all agreed that this Model can effectively and sustainably transform the education sector for long.
This case study was presented by Natural Born Leaders and Rural Teachers Association at UNESCO Conference as an exemplary model to follow.
