We’ve created this unique Transformation Teacher Training Program for Early Childhood Education & Care providers and Primary Teachers basing on over 12 years of work under the British EYFS and 25+ years of experience in the education sector. We’ve combined our hands-on experience as Early Childhood Education Professionals with our in-depth subject matter expertise as Assessors in Children’s Care, Learning and Development (CCLD) as well as Assessors-Evaluators in Early Years Professional Status (EYPS). What happens after you enrol for Active Learning Booster?
- You will get access to our bespoke training content right away. We recommend watching 2-3 videos maximum at one time because all of the videos contain hands-on tasks and activities for you to complete before proceeding to the next lessons.
- Some activities and projects will require implementation in your setting or trying them with children. You will need enough time to do so, usually between 3-7 days. This way you will be able to fully implement the strategies, try them and observe your results and also how children react to them.
- For best results the content will be released for you gradually and our recommended time for training completion is between 2-3 months depending on your pace of work and implementation.
- The program mimics vocational training mode to help you develop practical skills at workplace and offer enough time for implementation, observation and adjustments.

In fact, the entire training content goes beyond any curriculum framework - it's based on methodology of working with young children, and on the principles of Positive Pedagogy. So, whatever Curriculum Framework you follow, our training program will complement it and elevate your provision to the next level.

What is the time commitment and intensity?
All training content has been fully aligned with your daily professional duties, so no extra workload will be needed to complete the program. You will be able to apply all tools and strategies that you learn immediately. The entire ACTIVE LEARNING BOOSTER ™ program has been optimised to be completed within around 4-6 months. This will give you enough time for implementation and integration of the training content. Also, each training session is based on a micro learning mode - your time commitment will be 10-15 minutes per session only. However, since the training content consists of hands-on tasks and experiential projects to carry out as part of your everyday duties, the actual time of full implementation within your setting will vary between 4 to 6 months.
